I Heart Faces: Fix-It Friday

It's Fix-It Friday at I Heart Faces, and it's time to have fun again!

Here's the BEFORE photo of Angie's daughter:
My "AFTER" edit:

Here's what I did:
- cloned out the signs
- changed the background to B&W
- added 3 texture layers
- added a vignette
- added a black frame
